Thomas Day drops ‘MASOCHIST’
Thomas Day shares his second single of 2023.
Nashville-based singer/songwriter Thomas Day has released his latest single and video ‘MASOCHIST.’ Released via Arista Records, the song is propelled by the electrifying chorus. Like his recent singles ‘VICIOUS’ and ‘The End,’ ‘MASOCHIST’ showcases Thomas’ unique talent for turning heartbreak into catchy, radio-friendly tracks. The video, directed by Logan Meis (known for his work with Da Baby, Mike Posner, Iann Dior), is also available now.
“‘MASOCHIST’ is about a girl who I met and fell head over heels in love with, so fast and so hard that I didn’t care how badly I could get hurt,” Thomas explains. “I wrote this song with my two friends Steve Rusch and Quinn Lewis. We were talking about the subtle complexities in relationships, and this song poured out. It’s about not being afraid to be hurt. Actually, it’s about wanting to be hurt.”
