Subtronics and REZZ join forces with Phantogram on the re-release of ‘Black Ice’
The iconic single now features new vocals by Phantogram.
Today, electronic music heavyweights Subtronics and REZZ come together for the re-release of their iconic single ‘Black Ice,’ now featuring vocals by Phantogram. Originally appearing on Subtronics’ acclaimed album TESSERACT, the new rendition of ‘Black Ice’ adds a haunting depth with Phantogram’s powerful vocals. Released on Cyclops Recordings, the single marks a thrilling collaboration between three influential artists in the electronic music scene.
Following the instrumental version’s success, Subtronics and REZZ enlisted Phantogram to elevate ‘Black Ice’ with their distinctive vocal style. Premiered live at the Beyond Wonderland music festival in Southern California, the track received an electrifying reception from the audience, setting the stage for its official release.
Subtronics’ TESSERACT Tour, which filled major American venues like Barclays Center and MGM Music Hall at Fenway, solidified his status as one of the top electronic music acts.
