Up-and-coming Manchester quartet StereoTyped release a scorching first track of 2023, ‘Adultery.’

Emerging from the vibrant music scene of Manchester, StereoTyped make a bold statement with their first release of 2023. Infusing punk sensibilities with a raw rock ‘n’ roll attitude, the quartet brings to mind bands like Local H and Nirvana. Their new track, titled ‘Adultery,’ delves into a captivating narrative centered around a husband’s illicit affair with his sister-in-law. As the forbidden lovers reach a breaking point and can no longer hide their secret trysts, they concoct a sinister plan to eliminate the wife, allowing them to be together. With distorted guitars and an unapologetic energy, StereoTyped delivers a compelling musical experience that captures the darker aspects of human desire.

Speaking on the new cut, bassist Oliver notes:

“‘Adultery’ is one of three singles from our new album. It’s a really gritty song that we think will make people grind their teeth.”

‘Adultery’ is out now.
