Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Stela Cole releases the third and final installment of her captivating trilogy with the single ‘Blood Orange Wine.’

Following the release of the trilogy’s first two singles ‘Die Hard’ and ‘Midnight Killer,’ ‘Blood Orange Wine’ is an upbeat indie pop endeavor that explores the aftermath of emotional turbulence and the healing power of time.

As Stela shares:

“The song is about the adrenaline wearing off after being emotionally yanked around by a person I loved. For months I was turning to vices to bury the pain and I soundtracked this period of my life with a lot of Fleetwood Mac and Electric Light Orchestra. I’m not surprised they ended up having a huge influence on how the record ended up sounding. It turns out that time is the only thing that truly heals, and honestly thank God for that.”

Accompanying the single is a cinematic music video that adds depth and drama to the narrative. For the video Stela collaborated with award-winning directors Eliot Lee and Maya Sassoon, alongside co-star Noah Gonzalez, to craft a visually enthralling story.

‘Blood Orange Wine’ is out now.
