Alternative rock duo Pleaser is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of their new album, Read the Room, set to hit shelves on May 3rd, 2024.

‘Always Looking In’ marks a departure from Pleaser’s established sound, delving into themes of belonging, self-discovery, and the search for new experiences. Encapsulating the feeling of being on the outside looking in, the song yearns for a place where one truly belongs. Ultimately, it’s about embracing the journey and finding one’s true path.

The band says:

“We really stepped out of our established sound for this song because the whole meaning behind ‘Always Looking In’ is about finding where you belong and searching for new experiences. It’s all about feeling stuck on the outside of somewhere you want to be, but maybe you’re just not meant for that, so screw it. Find a new place where you’re meant to be.”

‘Always Looking In’ is out now.
