Nightjarr releases ‘Holding Onto Time’ featuring Jingle
Australian/Hong Kong newcomer artist Bernice Au releases her first new song of 2023.
Nightjarr, the electro-dance project from Bernice Au, has released its first single of 2023. Co-written by Newcastle singer/songwriter Jingle (who also features on the track), the song sees the two intertwine into summery goodness.
Here’s Nightjarr discussing the track:
“This track is about our perception of time and how it can be affected by certain things. It always reminds me to let go of the things that do not serve us and to enjoy the little things. I started the track right before I had a double ankle surgery in 2021, which meant I couldn’t walk for six weeks during recovery, so I had a sense of urgency to get the draft done.”
