Munan releases ‘Once Upon a Time’ / Announces debut EP
Munan takes listeners on a blissful journey to their happy place with the enchanting release of ‘Once Upon a Time.’
South Korean/Australian artist Peter Lee (Munan) has shared his latest track ‘Once Upon a Time.’ Clocking in at three-and-a-half minutes this mesmerizing tune serves as a heartfelt tribute to the passage of time as it effortlessly intertwines psychedelic indie-pop melodies to create a kaleidoscope of sonic delights.
Here’s Munan talking about the track:
“Once Upon a Time was written late last year as I was scrummaging through old demos & found this old bassline session idea. I instantly fell in love with it and started adding drums and other instruments and then had an idea for the lyrics. The song is a short story of an innocent child coming to find inspiration and slowly maturing into an adult. I could say it’s a “coming-of-age” song.”
Munan is also thrilled to announce the forthcoming release of his highly anticipated debut EP. Due out in September, the EP will also feature his recent single ‘Mr. Taxi Driver‘ as well as a few previously unheard tracks.
