Bristol’s latest musical offering, HUNNY BUZZ, sets the stage on fire with their unapologetic surf-rock anthem, ‘Not Your Place.’

HUNNY BUZZ’s ‘Not Your Place’ unfolds a sharply honest narrative of new beginnings—a perfect anthem for those diving into their “new year, new me” resolutions. Distributed via Apollo, the song is a precursor to their debut EP, Welcome To Our Garden, slated for release in Spring 2024.

Hailing from the South West of England, the quartet comprises singer-songwriter Lydia Read, guitarist Rowan Barfoot, drummer Billy Pedrick, and songwriter/producer/bassist Ewan Base. Forming their musical bond in 2020 while studying at BIMM in Bristol, the band seamlessly blends their influences from Wolf Alice, Beach Bunny, Pretenders, and Taylor Swift into a distinctive sound that resonates with authenticity.

As the band opens a new chapter with ‘Not Your Place,’ their sonic prowess blends with raw, unfiltered energy, promising listeners an exhilarating experience. With the debut EP on the horizon, HUNNY BUZZ is a force to watch.
