Lorne MacFadyen and Joshua Woolf (Holy Fool) have released their debut single, a song about things that have to end so that others can begin.

Holy Fool (Lorne MacFadyen and Joshua Woolf) have released their debut single. Blending elements of alternative, country, and 70s Americana, the track details how some individuals deal with change and having to discard the old ways of doing something.

Speaking on the track, they state:

“The spirit of ‘Winter Coat’ dives boldly into the unknown with reckless abandon. It deals honestly with the hard wisdom brought about after being blindsided by inevitable change. The necessity to shake off old ways and convert troubles of the past, and touches on themes of rebirth, catharsis, and evolution. ‘Things, they have to end. To start again.”

‘Winter Coat’ is out now.
