Dagny releases new single ‘Same Again (For Love)’
Dagny releases an irresistible slice of synth-driven pop highlighted by her motivation to better herself.
Norwegian pop sensation Dagny has just unveiled her latest single titled ‘Same Again (For Love),’ giving fans a peek into her highly anticipated upcoming album. Alongside the single release, Dagny has announced a headline tour scheduled for 2024.
Co-written by Dagny alongside the talented Edvard Erfjord from the renowned production duo Electric (known for their work with artists like Little Mix and Jess Glynne) and the Norwegian artist/songwriter Sofiloud, the new single is a shimmering synth-pop creation that showcases Dagny’s musical evolution.
When asked about the lyrical inspiration behind ‘Same Again (For Love),’ Dagny shared her thoughts:
“Have you ever lost yourself in a relationship? Have you wished so desperately for it to work that you change things you like about yourself to fit the other person? Have you made compromises to the point where you completely lose sight of who you actually are and what you truly stand for? I have. And I won’t do that again…”
