Montreal-based duo (Adèle Trottier-Rivard and Nicolas Basque), delivers a blend of irresistible synths and silken vocals, transporting listeners into a shimmering world of confidence, strength, and joy. In ‘Shloshlo,” Trottier-Rivard’s ethereal vocals soar over pulsating rhythms, weaving a tapestry of sound. The lyrics, sung in Trottier-Rivard’s native French, delve into themes of parenthood, feminine strength, and determination.
Accompanying the single release is a video featuring Trottier-Rivard carrying her and Basque’s son Noé on her back, further emphasizing the song’s themes of family and connection.
