IDLES bring their trademark bravado and high-energy once again to their latest endeavor, CRAWLER.

Produced by: Kenny Beats

IDLES are not your typical band. And CRAWLER isn’t your typical IDLES album. They’ve stepped out of their comfort zone for this one, their fourth album in five years. And if you don’t believe us listen to their first single, ‘The Beachland Ballroom.’ On it, Talbot becomes a crooner with a voice that can stand up.

CRAWLER may not be the final landing spot for IDLES, but it’s another step in the band’s evolution. And a crucial step that was needed for the band and U.K. punk. Produced by Kenny Beats (Freddie Gibbs, Vince Staples, JPEGMafia, Rico Nasty) the partnership comes as a surprise to some, but if you step back and take a look, the pairing makes complete sense. IDLES may not be the latest rapper atop their game, but they thrive on the hip-hop vibe. That bravado that is essential in hip-hop… they have it.

Standout Songs: Car Crash, The New Sensation, The Beachland Ballroom, Meds

CRAWLER is available on all streaming services and was released via Partisan Records.
