Sign of the Times showcases the band’s relentless commitment to pushing musical boundaries and establishing themselves as creators of timeless tracks.

Produced by: Allen Blickle and Ben Cramer

Recorded in the vibrant locale of Venice, CA, with longtime collaborators Allen Blickle and Ben Cramer (Old Sea Brigade) at the helm, the five-track project Sign of the Times captures the essence of the band’s uninhibited creative spirit. The EP is an intricate blend of alternative, indie, rock, country, and electronic influences woven together with meticulous songcraft. Drawing from this diverse range of genres, the EP provides a sonic experience that is both familiar and uncertain. Sign of the Times unfolds with the cinematic allure in the title track followed by the delicate nuances of ‘Paper Cranes,’ and the hypnotic rhythm of ‘Decoy’ and culminating with ‘Medicine Man.’

With a discography that includes the acclaimed ‘Waking Up The Giants’ and the self-titled ‘Grizfolk,’ the band continues to evolve with Sign of the Times. Marking a new era for the band, the EP allows them to continue moving forward and further establish themselves as creators of timeless tracks. As Adam Roth, lead vocals and guitarist, states, “We never want to sound like anybody else. It’s familiar, but it’s always uncertain. We never know where it’s going or what it’s going to sound like. So, the possibilities are endless.”
