ZUSO illuminates the sonic landscape with his latest single, ‘In The Dark’
Australian producer Gabriel Cuenca, the creative force behind ZUSO, unveils his latest sonic venture, ‘In The Dark,’ an atmospheric-house track that seamlessly blends dark tones with an uplifting spirit, featuring the ethereal vocals of Californian artist KORA.
ZUSO, the brainchild of Australian producer Gabriel Cuenca, has been carving out a niche in the electronic music scene with his invigorating atmospheric-house sound, drawing comparisons of Rufus Du Sol, Lane 8, and Flume. Following the success of his collaboration with the Sydney-based collective LOVE CLVB on ‘Hold Me‘ in October 2023, ZUSO is back with his latest creation, ‘In The Dark.’
This soothing atmospheric piece takes listeners on a captivating journey through its dark yet optimistic undertones. The track, featuring the ethereal vocal talents of Californian artist KORA, explores the theme of being left in the unknown. ZUSO’s intention was to infuse the song with a sense of mystery while keeping it fun and hooky. The fast-tempo drums and breakbeats add an uplifting contrast, creating a sonic landscape that is both introspective and energizing.
