ZUSO and Matilda Pearl capture fading connections in ‘Erase You’

Australian electronic producer ZUSO (Gabriel Cuenca), has unveiled his latest single, ‘Erase You,’ a captivating collaboration with Melbourne-based vocalist Matilda Pearl.
Out now, ‘Erase You’ is an enchanting blend of lush melodies and atmospheric production, elevated by Matilda Pearl’s striking vocal performance. The track dives into fading connections and lost relationships, originally conceived under the working title ‘For What It Once Was.’ The collaboration with Pearl adds a layer of lyrical depth, transforming the track into a resonant listening experience that lingers long after it ends.
ZUSO reflects on the creative process, saying:
“‘Erase You’ is probably one of the most effortless songs I’ve written to date. It was never meant to be a song either—I was just messing around with chords and melodies and ended up creating such a powerful progression that I knew I had to turn it into something.”
‘Erase You’ featuring Matilda Pearl is out now.
