ZUSO and Cleopold elevate summer vibes with ‘High Above’
Australian producer ZUSO, also known as Gabriel Cuenca, teams up with Melbourne-born, Los Angeles-based artist Cleopold for the shimmering melodic house track, ‘High Above,’ out now via LOVE CLVB.
Crafted over a year, ‘High Above’ embodies the carefree energy of the Australian summer. The track features a lush, textural chord progression layered with Cleopold’s smooth vocals, delivering a vibe that’s equal parts refreshing and uplifting. Originally built as an instrumental, the addition of Cleopold’s voice elevated the song into a new realm, transforming it into an invigorating anthem perfect for the Australian summer.
“Have been sitting on this one for a while now and am finally happy it’s now out in the world. Has probably been just over a year now since first starting the idea, we went through so many different versions and different sample ideas, but eventually, we decided to get a vocal on it, and George and I started working together at the start of the year to get it all wrapped up. His vocal just took the track to another level and super stoked with how it turned out! Perfect song to kick off the summer, hope you enjoy.”
