Japanese musician VK Blanka surprises fans with new English-language song ‘Never Run’
Available digitally, the song debuted live with a full band at VK Blanka presents RAINBOW ROAD -Den-, the third installment in his series of special events held at Festival Hall in Osaka.
Renowned Japanese musician VK Blanka has stunned fans with the unexpected release of ‘Never Run,’ a brand new song featuring all-English lyrics. Influenced by VK Blanka’s exhilarating North American tour in February, the song features highly danceable beats and arrangements. Mixed and arranged by fellow musician Josh Cumbee, who also collaborated on writing the lyrics, ‘Never Run’ boasts a global sound making it accessible to a wider audience.
In a comment, Vicke Blanka shared his inspiration behind the song:
“I gained a lot of inspiration during my North American tour, and after I returned to Japan, I was filled with new ideas and the urge to write music – so I did. This song has a driving beat, which I hope you’ll enjoy.”
