Upchuck unleashes groove-heavy punk single ‘New Case’ ahead of new album I’m Nice Now

Atlanta punk band Upchuck has dropped their latest single ‘New Case,’ a blistering preview of their forthcoming album I’m Nice Now, out this Friday, October 3, via Domino.
‘New Case’ finds lead singer KT delivering her groove-heavy cadence over a walking bass line. The single balances melody with raw fuzz, a testament to producer Ty Segall’s touch on the record. Alongside the track comes an eye-popping Claymation video, directed by animator Cissi Efraimsson, bringing even more chaotic energy to the release.
Upchuck is currently on a headlining U.S. tour in support of the new album, with dates running throughout October before they take their incendiary live show across the UK and Europe in November.
‘New Case’ is available now to stream, while I’m Nice Now drops October 3 via Domino.
