Tim Heidecker has released his new song ‘Alone Until I’m Home’ today, the latest single from the upcoming benefit compilation Passages: Artists in Solidarity with Immigrants, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers, out December 5 via Western Vinyl. All proceeds from the project will benefit American Gateways and Casa Marianella, two Texas-based organizations providing essential services to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers.

Written while on tour, Heidecker’s ‘Alone Until I’m Home’ is a tender and introspective ballad that explores loneliness, longing, and belonging. Set against gentle instrumentation and heartfelt delivery, the track reflects on the emotional terrain of travel and the universal search for home. The single follows earlier releases from the compilation, including Alan Sparhawk’s ‘No More Darkness’ and Benjamin Booker’s ‘A Place for Us.’

Heidecker reflects:

“I wrote this song on tour with my second favorite family, my band.”

‘Alone Until I’m Home’ by Tim Heidecker is available now on all streaming platforms. Passages: Artists in Solidarity with Immigrants, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers arrives December 5 via Western Vinyl.
