Philadelphia/New Jersey band Sweet Pill release their new single ‘No Control,’ out today via Hopeless Records, arriving as the lead track from their forthcoming album Still There’s A Glow, set for release on March 13, 2026.

‘No Control’ introduces the next phase of Sweet Pill’s sound, balancing soaring melodic intensity with heavier, more deliberate dynamics. The track showcases Zayna Youssef’s heartfelt vocal delivery, backed by the band’s sharp, layered instrumentation. Its shifting tones mirror the song’s themes of emotional uncertainty, self-examination, and the consequences of personal boundaries pushed too far. The single arrives accompanied by a video directed by Johnny Komar.

Speaking about the song, Youssef says:

“This is the first song we completed for Still There’s A Glow. At that time, I was feeling a bit…indulgent. Taking what I want, whenever I wanted it, and disregarding the world all at the same time. I felt like my self worth was cheap, and that I had no boundaries as a healthy person. I quite literally had no self control.”

‘No Control’ is available now on all streaming platforms.
