Robber Robber ignite tension on new single ‘Watch For Infection’
Robber Robber release their new single ‘Watch For Infection,’ continuing the rollout for their upcoming album Two Wheels Move the Soul, due out April 3 via Fire Talk Records.
‘Watch For Infection’ arrives with a lyric visualizer and pushes further into Robber Robber’s abrasive indie rock framework. The track moves fast and loud, driven by piercing guitar lines, nimble percussion, and Nina Cates’ controlled vocal delivery. The song captures a charged emotional state, balancing urgency with restraint as it explores self-awareness, internal pressure, and resilience. The band’s sound remains raw and immediate, emphasizing momentum and tension rather than polish.
Cates says of the track:
“Real emotions and moments inspired the feelings of ‘Watch for Infection,’ but the story is made up. Internal dialogue, ‘Watch for Infection’ as a reminder to take care of your shit and don’t let it bring you down in perpetuity. Don’t get bitter.”
