Rihanna delivers her latest musical offering with ‘Friend Of Mine,’ a track featured on the upcoming Smurfs movie soundtrack.
Released via Roc Nation Distribution, ‘Friend Of Mine’ marks Rihanna’s return to music as part of her role as Smurfette in Paramount Animation’s Smurfs, set to hit theaters on July 18, 2025. The single is a bright, feel-good anthem that reflects the movie’s themes of connection, courage, and camaraderie—providing a perfect backdrop to the animated adventure.
‘Friend Of Mine’ is the second release from the film’s soundtrack, following ‘Higher Love’ by DESI TRILL featuring DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Natania, and Subhi. The soundtrack, which will also feature new music from Tyla, is available for pre-order and will be officially released on June 13.
