Norwich alt-pop duo PleasureInc. tease debut EP with new single ‘2:45’

The duo’s debut EP, Plastic People, is set for release on April 17th.
Norwich-based alt-pop duo PleasureInc. unveils the second teaser, ‘2:45,’ from their upcoming debut EP Plastic People, slated for release on April 17th. Crafted amidst drug-induced paranoia, ‘2:45’ captivates listeners with its jarring guitar loops and swirling hypnotic beats. With its angular yet groovy sound, the track channels the stylish cool of Wooze combined with the jubilance of early 2010s ‘B-Town’ indie. Written, demoed, and recorded in just 10 days, ‘2:45’ exudes spontaneity and raw energy, reflecting the instinctual impulses that brought it to life.
The duo reveals:
“Akin to the weed-induced nighttime hunger that inspired its lyrics, ‘2:45’ rumbles along like a ticking time bomb dying to detonate. Its incessant one-chord propulsion and steady repeating drums lay a bed for half-rap vocals that swing from playfulness to unease like the bob of a clock. NEU! meets Wu-Tang to birth Kraut-Hop: perfect for inclusion on Front Left or the New Alt.”
‘2:45’ is out now. Plastic People is set for release on April 17th.
