Danish-Chilean artist Molina has released her latest single, ‘Organs,’ a captivating track that serves as the closing piece of her upcoming debut album When You Wake Up, due out October 11th via Escho.

‘Organs’ showcases Molina’s ability to blend the experimental with the familiar, creating a soundscape that is both eerie and enchanting. The track features the talents of ML Buch, who adds a layer of complexity with 7-string guitar and vocals. The song’s gritty synth chords and spunky groove evoke the feel of a 90s dream pop relic, resurrected with a modern twist.

Molina describes ‘Organs’ as a fusion of her and Buch’s unique approaches to music:

“‘Organs’ is very much a fusion of our individual approaches to perceiving melodies, recordings, and sound in general. We are both fascinated by the “pulse” in music and how a song can be perceived to move at different paces. We also share a mutual attraction to catchy melodies. ML tends to unfold words with the melody in an elastic manner, while I prefer more on-the-note vocals that introduce unexpected harmonic shifts. ‘Organs’ kind of holds all those elements of fascination and exploration together.”

‘Organs’ featuring ML Buch is out now.
