South-west English trio milkshed. have released their debut single ‘Apex Predator.’ The post-punk and garage rock-infused track serves as a new chapter for the members of the newly formed band.

Reminiscent of the grimy sounds of legendary bands Nirvana, Pixies, and Queens of The Stone Age, ‘Apex Predator’ arrives entirely self-produced setting the bar for the catalog that is to follow. Lyrically, the song discusses the acceptance of major life changes.

The band said of the single:

“‘Apex Predator’ is a song about leaning into change and embracing our inherent animalistic nature. It addresses the dissolution of our old band and the start of milkshed., which feels like the most genuine and authentic art we have ever made.”

‘Apex Predator’ is out now.
