Manchester jazz-punks Maruja have released their third single of 2022 ‘Thunder.’ Following up on their previous two releases (‘The Tinker’ and ‘Blind Spot’), Maruja crafts a dark and compelling piece that ebbs and flows throughout the 5-plus minutes of airplay. The well-constructed track is just as beautiful as much as it is menacing.
Detailing their latest track, the band explains:
“Thunder’s bold, distinct, and formidable nature, exhibits our live performances better than any of our tracks have to date. Whilst it provides earsplitting riffs, industrious waves of noise, and an infectious EDM element, it also displays the dynamism and passion of our ever-developing sound.”
