Marco Luka releases high-energy single ‘Talk to Me’ ahead of new EP
North Carolina singer-songwriter Marco Luka is back in full color with his bright and bold new single ‘Talk to Me,’ out now via Arista Records.
Marking his first solo track since his introspective INSOMNIA EP and Weston Estate’s SUPERBLOOM, ‘Talk to Me’ shifts gears into funkier, more electronic territory. Built on wobbly synths, fuzzy bass, driving drums, and playful turntable cuts, the track bursts with disco-inspired energy while Marco’s smooth falsettos and confident verses bring it all together.
“‘Talk to Me’ is a return to my high-energy tracks. During my last project, INSOMNIA, my music lived in a rich but mellow acoustic space, and I want people to move their bodies to my music again. ‘Talk to Me’ leans into a funkier, more electronic side of me, and after making it late last year I knew I had found my new direction. It feels like pure child-like fun.”
‘Talk to Me’ is out now. His upcoming EP #SWAGPOP is set to land this September.
