Madeline Kenney shares dreamy and intimate new single ‘All I Need’
Madeline Kenney returns with ‘All I Need,’ the first single from her upcoming album Kiss from the Balcony, due out July 18th via Carpark Records.
‘All I Need’ is a spacious and imaginative offering that blends Kenney’s introspective songwriting with refined sonic textures. The track sets the tone for Kiss from the Balcony, a record born from focused studio sessions in Oakland and guided by a collaborative spirit that allowed Kenney’s ideas to flourish beyond the confines of her home studio.
“This was an Imagined Love song – trying to create something perfect and soft and yet realistic; the feeling of falling into someone after a long day, an imagined cheek so soft you could live there. I think a good love song has to include something about feeling like the only ones in the world who “get it”. I like to think of the Kiss from the Balcony as the totally wild and foolhardy desire to love, to blow a kiss to the universe, despite it all.”
‘All I Need’ is available to stream now, and Kiss from the Balcony arrives July 18th on Carpark Records.
