Rising up-and-comer Keni Titus releases her second single of 2023, a stripped-back melodic song about the potency of heartbreak.
Los Angeles-based pop artist Keni Titus has shared her follow-up to June’s release of ‘if u want.’ Today’s release, ‘american spirit,’ is a stripped-back ode to the devastation that heartbreak can bring.
Keni describes the new song as a track “about a piece of myself I gave away because I felt it was expected of me to do so. At the end of the day though you can’t pretend to be something you’re not in order to keep someone.”
‘american spirit’ is out now.
