Former Summer Cannibals frontwoman Jessica Boudreaux has unveiled her latest single ‘Back Then,’ from her forthcoming solo album The Faster I Run, due out on July 19, 2024, via Pet Club.
The single is part of Boudreaux’s first solo project since the dissolution of Summer Cannibals in March 2023. After ten years leading the Portland-based indie rock band, Boudreaux turned to solo work, finding solace and creative freedom in her studio, Pet Club. ‘Back Then’ exemplifies this new chapter in her career, where she embraces vulnerability and self-reflection in her songwriting.
