Crafting a poignant narrative through music, Honas reintroduces himself to the world stage with ‘Everyday Life,’ a wistful and enchanting track that delves into the complexities of relationships.

Marking a triumphant return, Irish singer-songwriter Honas has recently dropped a mesmerizing new track titled ‘Everyday Life.’ Follow-up to his 2020 release of ‘Control,’ which has soared past 20 million streams, ‘Everyday Life’ invites listeners into a dreamy sonic landscape with this latest offering.

Produced by Marian Plösch and John Catlin, renowned for their collaborations with industry heavyweights like The 1975, Florence & the Machine, and The Killers, ‘Everyday Life’ promises a captivating journey for enthusiasts of artists such as Sam Fender, Dermot Kennedy, and Andy Shauf.

The genesis of the song, as shared by Honas, delves into a deeply personal yet empathetic narrative. Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Honas revealed:

“I had this idea to write something from the perspective of someone else. It felt almost intrusive to get into someone’s head like that, but it was one of those moments where my heart rate sped up as I realised I was writing something that felt really special. I had seen the relationship between these two people up close, so I really hoped I could capture the essence of it, the love, the differences, the frustration, the admiration, and the empathic well-wishing.”

‘Everyday Life’ is out now and sets the stage for a series of upcoming 3 total singles to be released by Honas between now and March 2023.
