HARLEY GIRL drops pulsating dance track ‘Gimme !’
Australian producer and DJ HARLEY GIRL kicks off a new chapter with ‘Gimme !,’ an electrifying fusion of dance and UK garage that has quickly become a standout in his live sets.
Following the release of his Legitimate Behaviour EP, HARLEY GIRL returns with a high-energy track built around a rediscovered old synth recording. ‘Gimme !’ pairs euphoric drops with tight percussion and a thumping groove, designed for big sound systems — a fact proven during recent performances where the track has consistently lit up the crowd.
“‘Gimme !’ is one of many cuts sitting on my USB at the moment. I’ve been enjoying playing it out the last few months and often had small ideas to tweak it while it would be playing on a proper sound system. I actually pieced the song together around an old synth recording I’d found from years ago, when I’d tried to make something dance related—long before I’d even conceived of starting this project. That was a really cool full-circle moment, fitting it into this new project.”
