New Zealand newcomer Ferby releases her third single, ‘Boo Hoo’
Rising musician and producer Ferby releases a razor-sharp cut, ‘ Boo Hoo.’
Written and recorded in her bedroom about a year ago, ‘Boo Hoo’ shines a bright light on New Zealand newcomer Ferby. Punctuated by a pulsating homemade trap beat, the DIY artist overlays her vocals with precision.
Ferby confesses the track was written and recorded over the course of one day:
“I made this song maybe a year or more ago. Most of the time the process involves me making a beat on Ableton, swinging around in my chair while writing lyrics down for a few hours, then recording it in my bedroom,” FERBY recalls of the track’s production process, ‘Boo Hoo’ was one of those rare tracks that came super easy to me and was finished in a day.”
