UK left-field indie rocker DBL A has released his latest single, ‘Caught Up in Wires,’ a gritty yet atmospheric blend of post-punk, indie rock, and lo-fi textures.
Out now via APOLLO Distribution, ‘Caught Up in Wires’ finds DBL A pushing his constantly evolving sound into new territory. The track combines distorted and dreamy guitar riffs with raw, emotive vocals, evoking the moody intimacy of artists like King Krule. Its introspective lyrics, rich with metaphor and imagery, are set against gentle yet soaring instrumentals, creating a sonic world that feels cinematic in scope.
The Manchester-based artist describes the track as one that “belongs in a coming of age film.”
