Indie-folk star Chris Lanzon champions infinite relationships in new single ‘Lilo’
Renowned for his emotionally resonant sound, Australian indie-folk sensation Chris Lanzon has unveiled his latest single, ‘Lilo,’ available today.
Following his recent collaboration ‘Angel Litany,’ with Harmony, ‘Lilo’ is the latest teaser for his forthcoming project. The track encapsulates the comforting and secure feeling of infinite relationships, whether platonic or romantic.
Speaking about the single, Lanzon shared:
“There are people in your life who are always going to be there, connected to you in some way. Whether they’re family, friends, lovers. You know you’ll always be there for them, too. Even if they’re distant. Even if there’s so much about them that you don’t know, or don’t understand. Even if it hurts, you’ll be there if they need you, no matter what – because you care, and you always will. Lilo is a confession and commitment to this. It’s both sad and beautiful, depending how you look at it. That’s my favourite kind of music.”
