Bibi Club release new single ‘Parc de Beauvoir’ ahead of album release

The album is set to release on May 10th via Secret City Records.
Montreal-based duo Bibi Club (Adèle Trottier-Rivard and Nicolas Basque), has unveiled their latest single and video, “Parc de Beauvoir,” from their upcoming album Feu de garde. ‘Parc de Beauvoir’ is a shimmering ode to friendship and nostalgia, inspired by the duo’s contemplative moments in a London park during their tour. The song reflects on the complexities of adolescence and the profound emotions experienced during that time, delivering a raw and honest portrayal of openness and camaraderie.
‘Parc de Beauvoir’ follows the danceable lead single ‘L’île aux bleuets,’ which is brought to life by just guitar, vocals, and a drum machine: “inspired by the minimalism of our main influence, Suicide,” they say.
Mixed by Ali Chant and mastered by Matt Colton, the forthcoming album features vocal contributions from Helena Deland, Camille Delean, and Carmel Scurti-Belley, promising a liberated and captivating collection of French pop/rock.
‘Parc de Beauvoir’ is out now. Feu de garde is set to release on May 10th via Secret City Records.
