Benny Benassi and Axis Zero return to electro house roots with ‘Aku Aku’
Benny Benassi and Axis Zero has released their new single ‘Aku Aku’ through Ultra Records. The Italian producer, a veteran of the electronic scene, collaborated with the Italian DJ/producer duo to deliver the latest preview of his forthcoming album, Feel The Bass.
The production of ‘Aku Aku’ is characterized by a raw and mechanical energy that defined the early waves of electro-house. The sound is built on tightly engineered percussion and a distorted low end, designed specifically for peak-time club impact. The track avoids excess, focusing instead on a stripped-back, precision-built aesthetic that reflects a surging interest in classic electro sounds within global club culture.
