AVIV finds her ‘Running Shoes’ on her latest single
Toronto-based indie pop artist AVIV has released a tender, warm-hearted track examining young love.
Recently opening for Imagine Dragons on their latest arena tour Toronto up-and-comer AVIV has shared her latest single ‘Running Shoes.’ Produced by famed Canadian producer Robbie Lackritz (Feist, Alvvays), the soft and sincere track explores the unfamiliar route young lovers sometimes take.
Talking of the track AVIV says:
“‘Running Shoes’ represents an escape. They symbolize a gateway to comfort and sanity. In this case, to someone who provides these amenities. It’s the impulsive desire to just put your shoes on and run to safety.”
‘Running Shoes’ is out now via Photo Finish Records (SHAED, MisterWives, 3OH!3).
