Arky Waters takes us on an acid house journey with new single ‘Blessings’
Adding a fresh twist to his signature breaks/techno-house sound, Australian producer Arky Waters is back with another electrifying track, ‘Blessings.’
Following his recent release ‘We Ain’t Like Dem,’ Waters dives deep into the world of acid house with ‘Blessings.’ This intoxicating new single is a pulsating blend of acid synths and driving beats, showcasing his ability to innovate within the electronic music landscape. Inspired by his first live encounter with acid techno, Waters crafted ‘Blessings’ to capture the raw energy and clarity that the genre brings to a club environment.
Reflecting on the creation of the track, Waters shared:
“This vocal really made the song for me. It’s almost like a mantra-and honestly raves can be quite a religious experience. I’m pretty sure I made this after hearing acid techno live for the first time and thinking damn this makes so much sense. Acid synths never really hit me when I listened to it at home, but on club speakers, it just cuts through all the noise. That’s when I thought wow I really need an acid track in my set.”
