Adele Dazeem unveils new shoegaze single ‘Meridian Water’

London-based shoegaze trio Adele Dazeem returns with their latest single, ‘Meridian Water,’ out now via Dilettante Records.
Produced by Rory Atwell (known for his work with Palma Violets, TRAAMS, and Childhood), ‘Meridian Water’ is a shimmering exploration of emotional intimacy and candid communication. Drawing inspiration from influences as diverse as Interpol and Slowdive, Adele Dazeem crafts a sizzling melting pot of classic shoegaze-rock elements, weaving together dam-burst guitars, crashing drums, and bittersweet melodies.
Reflecting on the inspiration behind the track the band shares:
“The three of us were out together late one night and ended up at the train station Meridian Water. We were struck by the imagery of the name, it fit perfectly with the essence of the track we were working on at the time. The song itself is a reflection of the lightness and connection that emerges from vulnerable conversations with those we love.”
‘Meridian Water’ is out now.
