Earth Tongue release ‘Dungeon Vision,’ the new single and title track from their upcoming album Dungeon Vision, out February 13 via In The Red Records, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the Berlin-based New Zealand heavy psych duo.

Earth Tongue’s ‘Dungeon Vision’ sets the tone for the band’s third full-length with dense fuzz guitars, driving drums, and haunting melodic vocals, all captured with an emphasis on raw performance. Produced by Ty Segall and recorded live to tape at Altamira Sound in Los Angeles, the track prioritizes feel over polish, channeling the duo’s live intensity into a tightly coiled studio recording. The song was the first written for the album, with early ideas forming prior to the band’s 2024 move to Berlin, and later finalized during a rare break from touring.

Ezra says:

“Ty’s been a big driving force. We supported him in New Zealand back in 2023, and he’s backed us ever since even bringing us on tour through Europe and the UK in 2024.”

The single arrives alongside a handcrafted music video created by Berlin-based animator and illustrator Neirin Best. Built entirely by hand, the miniature dungeon set features carved trees, hand-painted walls, skulls, candles, and LED flames. Additional large-scale backdrops were painted by Geo Gregory with Archie Fitzgerald, while the video was shot on 16mm film by Simons, giving it an unmistakable 80s horror aesthetic.

‘Dungeon Vision’ is out now and available to stream on all major platforms.
