Rising indie rock band Krooked Kings return with their new single ‘Parking Lot,’ released November 12, 2025.

Musically, ‘Parking Lot’ blends breezy guitar lines with heartfelt vocals and shimmering production, echoing influences from The Strokes, Bon Iver, and Peach Pit. It’s a song that feels tailor-made for late-night drives — a romantic snapshot of the honeymoon phase when everything feels infinite. Lyrically, the track paints vivid imagery of falling for someone new, infusing everyday moments with cinematic beauty.

Keyboardist David Macey says:

“‘Parking Lot’ is a romantic daydream; the imagining of what a future life with a new crush could look like. Which can be sort of embarrassing but also a very fun thing to get swept up in. For the band it was very local, we can all picture the bar, parking lot, etc. in Salt Lake City that the song is happening at. Still, listeners will instantly be able to paint this song into their own local dive with their own intense crush.”

‘Parking Lot’ by Krooked Kings is available now on all streaming platforms.

We’ve covered Harley Girl previously: ‘Rancher’s Daughter,’ ‘Catacombs,’ ‘On Agaiin, Off Again,’ ‘Coming of Age,’ ‘Sick of Being Young,’ ‘Carbon Monoxide.’
