Pictureplane releases new single ‘Night Falls’ ahead of upcoming album Sex Distortion

Brooklyn-based producer and visual artist Pictureplane (Travis Egedy) has released his new single ‘Night Falls,’ out today alongside an official video. The track arrives ahead of his forthcoming album Sex Distortion, due October 31st via Music Website.
‘Night Falls’ continues Pictureplane’s long-standing exploration of contrasts—melding noise and melody, darkness and light, anarchy and ecstasy. The single leans into his signature neo-gothic electronic sound, pairing deep-register vocals with foggy lo-fi drum machines and hypnotic synth layers. Both cinematic and intimate, the song captures a trippy, spiritual descent into the night.
On the track, he shares:
“A lone spiritual quest into the night leads to a psychedelic, dark & supernatural awakening shot entirely on a rural mezcal farm deep in Oaxaca, Mexico. Directed and edited by Eduardo Caudillo.”
‘Night Falls’ is available now on all streaming platforms. Sex Distortion is out October 31st via Music Website.
