Grace Inspace shares haunting yet hopeful new single ‘Unrivaled’
Grace Inspace returns with her striking new single ‘Unrivaled,’ out today via TODO Records, offering an emotionally charged reflection on love, loss, and self-liberation.
Following her recent single ‘Meteor’ featuring Luna Li, ‘Unrivaled’ continues to showcase the LA-born, London-bred artist’s unique blend of lush soundscapes and raw vulnerability. Built around a dark, pulsing bass line, intimate vocals, and a crescendoing guitar part, the track swells into a cathartic anthem of self-discovery. Written on acoustic guitar and vocal loop pedal before being brought to life with producers Josh Mehling and Mulherin, ‘Unrivaled’ captures Grace’s ability to transform emotional turmoil into soaring, cinematic pop.

“‘Unrivaled’ is about the torment of loving someone you know is wrong for you — you try to pull away and yet they pace in every corner of your mind. It’s an internal war, where the part of you that aches to stay collides with the part that knows if you don’t leave, you’ll lose yourself entirely. This song is about fighting your way out of the deep end, finding the courage to walk away, and piecing yourself back together. Written on an acoustic guitar and my vocal loop pedal, before bringing it to Josh Mehling and Mulherin for production. It marries a dark and pulsing bass line with intimate vocals and a crescendoing guitar part, it’s haunting but hopeful.”
