Disiniblud release Kerry McCoy’s remix of ‘Blue Rags, Raging Wind’ ahead of their North American tour
Ahead of their highly anticipated North American headline tour, Los Angeles-based duo Disiniblud—comprised of multi-instrumentalists Rachika Nayar and Nina Keith—have unveiled a new remix of ‘Blue Rags, Raging Wind’ (featuring Amigone) by Deafheaven guitarist Kerry McCoy.
Originally the most neoclassical track on Disiniblud, ‘Blue Rags, Raging Wind’ is transformed by McCoy with a frenetic, Squarepusher-like intensity. His reimagining incorporates drum-and-bass rhythms, cinematic synth pads, flickering tremolo textures, and his signature guitar work, resulting in a powerful and propulsive remix that stands apart while honoring the spirit of the original.
McCoy shared:
