Pearly Drops unveil dreamy new single ‘End Credits’ ahead of third album The Voices Are Coming Back

Finnish duo Pearly Drops share their hypnotic new single ‘End Credits,’ a shimmering, introspective moment from their upcoming album The Voices Are Coming Back, out August 29, 2025, via Music Website.
Composed of Sandra Tervonen and Juuso Malin, Pearly Drops craft sonic landscapes that blur the boundaries between dream-pop, post-punk, and new wave. ‘End Credits’ arrives with an atmospheric tour diary video and offers one of the most uncertain emotional peaks on their third LP, a narrative-driven exploration of lost Hollywood dreams.
Set to a motorik rhythm and lush, hazy textures, ‘End Credits’ captures the melancholic sensation of being written out of someone else’s story. The single is visually brought to life through a monochromatic video filmed during Pearly Drops’ sold-out 2025 UK/EU tour with Mallrat, drifting through Berlin, Cologne, Paris, London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Leeds.
“‘End Credits’ is about being left behind in someone else’s story. It wanders through gardens and lawns, peers in through windows, sinks into moats, and whispers from the trunk of a car. A love letter buried in a dream—half memory, half hallucination. The figure in the song finds peace just in being there, even if trapped in that very trunk. We wrote it like the final scene of a film: the screen fades to black, and all that remains is the echo.
“This song carries the most consistent musical thread, a callback to the similar Post-punk and 80s New Wave influences of our past albums, with The B-52’s as the standout inspiration this time.”
‘End Credits’ is out now.
