In a powerhouse collaboration, electronic music giants John Summit, Subtronics, and Tape B have teamed up for their highly anticipated track ‘Gas Pedal’ featuring Sage The Gemini.
Premiered at Miami Music Week 2024 during John Summit’s Experts Only event, ‘Gas Pedal’ showcases the trio’s ability to blend nostalgic elements with modern electronic soundscapes. The track features officially sampled vocals from Sage The Gemini’s original hit, ‘Gas Pedal,’ which reached #29 on the Billboard Hot 100. This new rendition breathes fresh energy into the iconic hip-hop anthem, merging Summit’s dance-floor appeal, Subtronics’ cutting-edge sound design, and Tape B’s unique fusion of old-school dubstep with contemporary bass music.
