St. Louis-based fuzzed-out punk/hardcore band Squint is back with a bang, announcing their debut album Big Hand, set to release on October 25, 2024, via Sunday Drive Records. To kick off the excitement, the band has dropped two electrifying singles, ‘Pack Rat’ and ‘Sunshine,’ offering a powerful taste of what’s to come.
The singles ‘Pack Rat’ and ‘Sunshine’ are quintessential Squint—fuzzy hardcore tracks with catchy melodies that harken back to the mid-to-late 80s punk/hardcore era, evoking the raw energy of bands like Rites of Spring, Hüsker Dü, and Black Flag.
