Ten Fé’s triumphant return captures a band at their best

The follow-up to 2019’s Future Perfect, Present Tense, Ten Fé’s long-awaited third studio album, Still In Love, arrives as a bold and heartfelt statement from the UK indie-rock quartet. Released via Some Kinda Love/ Oyster Entertainment, the 11-track album marks a fresh and joyful chapter in their decade-long journey.
Produced by: Luke Smith
Departing from the electro-pop of 2017’s Hit the Light and the Americana tones of 2019’s Future Perfect, Present Tense, the new record embraces a more roots-driven sound. This evolution reflects the band’s desire to strip down their music, emphasizing authenticity and emotional connection. Tracks like ‘Space Invader,’ ‘Any Time Soon,’ and the title track showcase their signature songwriting, honed further by a decade of chemistry and a renewed sense of purpose.
Inspired by a private show for Canadian fans in 2022, the album’s creation rekindled the band’s passion after a period of uncertainty. Working with producer Luke Smith (Foals, Depeche Mode) and mixer Dan Goodwin (The National, Kevin Morby), Ten Fé aimed to craft an album that feels like “a photograph,” capturing the essence of live recordings with minimal overdubs.
With Still In Love, Ten Fé has delivered an uplifting collection that celebrates their journey while looking confidently to the future. As they embark on a UK/EU tour to bring the album to life, the band reminds us why they remain a beloved force in indie rock: they’re still in it for the love of music.
