Denver native and multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter, South of France, releases his latest version of dystopian vacation indie rock.

Produced by: Jeff Cormack, Gregory Laut, and David Bennett

South of France is the brainchild of Colorado native, Jeff Cormack. Initially started by the multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter in 2012 in his spare time, Cormack has been building his own brand of dystopian vacation indie rock since his first single in 2015.

Cormack is back today with ‘Hallelujah Show.’ The track explores the truth behind flawless appearances and idealizations. With clever lyrics, a catchy mini Moog synth line, and plenty of their trademark groove and slap, ‘Hallelujah Show’ is the first single off South of France’s upcoming 2nd LP My Spirit Animal/ My Baggage due in 2022. Here’s how Cormack describes the song, “I aim to create a vibe of ‘let’s call it what it is’ in a world we try to present as glossy,” Jeff says. “It’s about who we are versus who we think we are. I think that’s more interesting, anyway.”

Currently signed with Staycation Records, South of France recorded ‘Hallelujah Show’ at their studio with all instruments performed by Jeff Cormack.

‘Hallelujah Show’ is available on all streaming services now.
